    18 - 20 March 2017. Poo Museum Tour begins at Sandown

    We begin our National Poo Museum Tour with an exhibition in the Community Room above Sandown Library, Isle of Wight. It will be a busy weekend in Sandown Bay as Bay Coastal Community Team, Dinosaur Isle, Bournemouth University, Isle of Wight Zoo, Isle of Wight Natural History Society and others celebrate British Science Week with a series of events. We'll soon be announcing further dates for our Tour.

    12 November 2016. Pooems by Nicola Winsland

    Book launch at Quay Arts, Newport, Isle of Wight. 'Pooems' is a humorous anthology of animal poo. Join Nicola between 2 and 4PM for an admission free afternoon of family entertainment. There will be special guest appearances from the National Poo Museum and talented singer songwriter Spike Oatley.

    9 to 11 November 2016. BIAZA at Blackpool Zoo

    The Poo Museum will participate in the British & Irish Institute of Zoos & Aquariums Education and Presenters Conference. We'll be running a workshop called Nice Surprises - Using Novelty to Engage your Public. Isle of Wight Zoo, the host of Poo at the Zoo, will travel with us to Blackpool. They've been been nominated for an award.

    28 to 31 July 2016. Bestival

    The Poo Museum will join Arc Environmental Consultancy and the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust to help Bestival-goers develop and explore the links between poo, ecology and biodiversity.

    6 July 2016. Brighton Nerd Nite

    It's Turd Nite. A Nerd Night Special at The Verano Lounge, Brighton. Nigel George and Dan Roberts will talk about the Poo Museum. Other speakers will talk about 'Tackling dog shit in postwar Paris' and 'Dirty dogs, worms and the politics of shit in 1970s Britain'

    Summer 2016. Poo at the Zoo

    Our exhibition at Sandown Zoo, in partnership with the Zoo and Southern Water, centering on poo displayed in resin spheres.
