Wombat Poo: the Facts

Investigating square poos with jelly and an artificial wombat gut.

Wombats are short-legged Australian Marsupials. They’re pudgy and slow-moving (though at a pinch they can manage 25mph) They eat grass, bark, and roots.

Wombats do cube-shaped poos.

Many have speculated about the how and why of this behaviour but Robyn Lawrence decided to go in search of the facts.
